I do think that creating constraints can lead to more expansiveness and I think that this idea could be applied to almost any situation - clothes & wardrobes, food and grocery shopping, home decor. I think it allows us to go deeper and stronger instead of wider and weaker if that makes sense :) Loved following your thought process throughout this piece.
